With an Annual Pest Program you are purchasing a service with a 1 year warranty. The total amount due is the charge for this service and corresponding 1 year warranty, regardless of the number of services you request. You are entitled to warranty services if needed and when in compliance with product labels. Classic Pest Control Operators, Inc. will make every attempt to notify you when recommended service intervals are due. Please note, you have the ultimate responsibility for scheduling any service. If we are not able to make contact, it does not void this agreement or negate the amount due. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the warranty.

Residential Maintenance Programs

Quarterly - Bi-Monthly - Monthly

Initial service includes: interior service, exterior service and attic and/or crawl space service (not included for initial german roach service) includes spiders, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, american roaches, oriental roaches, smokey-brown roaches, brown-banded roaches, pill bugs and sow bugs. The initial service will run about the cost of a one time service and your maintenance price will be lower. To keep your maintenance price the same you must stay on schedule. If more than 2 weeks late an additional charge will be added. Retreats within the last 14 days of warranty will be pro-rated off your next service.

German Roach Maintenance Program

This initial service is the individual german roach service or ULV service listed above in the individual services. and then you will be set onto a monthly program. Your initial service may include a 2 week follow-up depending on the infestation.
