Any warranty will be voided if the recommendations in the Sanitation Report & Notes on the invoice are not followed and corrected. There will be a service charge of $20.00 for retreats done within the last 10 days of warranty, if warranty is applicable.
All exterior services have a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted.
We can service flying insects of all kinds, but sorry, there is no warranty ever offered on flying insects.
Residential Maintenance Programs
Quarterly - Bi-Monthly - Monthly
Initial service includes: interior service, exterior service and attic and/or crawl space service(not included for initial german roach service)includes spiders, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, american roaches, oriental roaches, smokey-brown roaches, brown-banded roaches, pill bugs and sow bugs. The initial service will run about the cost of a one time service and your maintenance price will be lower. To keep your maintenance price the same you must stay on schedule. If more than 2 weeks late an additional charge will be added. Retreats within the last 14 days of warranty will be pro-rated off your next service.
German Roach Maintenance Program
This initial service is the individual german roach service or ULV service listed above in the individual services. and then you will be set onto a monthly program. Your initial service may include a 2 week follow-up depending on the infestation.

Payment is required at time of service unless previous arrangements have been made.
