All AIPP programs warranty: all general pest, all spiders (including black widows and brown recluse), all ants (including carpenter ants), all rodents, all roaches (including german roaches), scorpions, fleas, ticks, pantry pest, bees, wasp, springtails, silverfish and many more.
There are 3 levels of this program
Level 1: Basic AIPP Program covers all pest…no bed bugs or subterranean termites
Level 2: Mid-Level AIPP covers all Pest and Subterranean Termites
Level 3: Best AIPP covers all Pest including Subterranean Termites and Bed Bugs

Premium (bi-monthly program) Level 1 or Level 2 (No Level 3 on bi-monthly)
Ultimate (monthly program) Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3
The initial service will take a minimum of 2 hours and will include a thorough inspection inside and outside of the structure to be warrantied. Current infestations will need to be treated in addition to your program on the initial service. You will never need to pay additional money again when the warranty continues from date to date. Exclusion work will be performed on any pest entry points around the structure. Areas treated include, attic, crawl space or weep holes, plumbing entries, under and around appliances, behind switch plates, interior spot baseboard spray, garage, remove webbing and wasp nests., treat a 6 - 10 foot perimeter around the exterior and around doors and windows. Monitoring stations will be placed around the structure. Also included are 4 EPA approved rodent bait stations that will be place outside around the perimeter of the structure.
Subsequent services will take much less time. We inspect the inside and treat where there are problems. We inspect the perimeter of the structure and the EPA approved rodent bait stations and refill the bait as needed. We also treat a 6 - 10 foot area around the perimeter of the structure as well as removing webbing and wasp nest. If there are any recommendations for your lawn maintenance or housekeeping, we will notate your invoice.
On Level 2 or Level 3: If, during any inspection during a subsequent service, we locate active subterranean termites, the active termite will be treated at no additional charge.
On Level 3: Your program also includes basic bed bug monitoring stations. Will be upgradable soon to Verifi. Featuring replaceable attractants, the Verifi bed bug detector is the first device to provide ongoing detection for up to 90 days at a time. Your pest management professional can quickly and easily replace the attractants on a regular basis for year-round monitoring. Designed to fit behind beds and other furnishings and operate silently, the Verifi bed bug detector won’t disturb occupants in a room.
With the All Inclusive Pest Program you are purchasing a service with a 1 year pest warranty on your home. The total amount due is the charge for this service and corresponding 1 year warranty, regardless of the number of services you request. You are entitled to warranty services if needed and when in compliance with product labels. Classic Pest Control Operators, Inc. will make every attempt to notify you when recommended service intervals are due. Please note, you have the ultimate responsibility for scheduling any service. If we are not able to make contact, it does not void this agreement or negate the amount due. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the warranty.
